This home is perfectly suited for a cocktail style event where guests can mix and mingle freely. A seated meal also works beautifully for smaller numbers and with hired furniture brought in.

Panoramic Queenscliff is a great option for a more formal dining affair and can accommodate up to 28 seated (furniture hired separately) and cocktail style events up to 40 guests. The master suite is very spacious and a fantastic space for the bridal party to get ready in.

With three separate outdoor areas including a large balcony offering stunning views over Lake Wakatipu, this home provides an impressive backdrop for your ceremony and/or reception.

Castle Cliff Lodge is a luxurious and stylish wedding or event venue that is truly special. The flat lawn and spectacular views provide a stunning backdrop for an intimate ceremony.

Upstairs is a gorgeous space for a smaller seated reception dinner (additional furniture hired separately if needed) and downstairs, the spacious open plan layout of the games room and private bar is an ideal space for a larger group for a cocktail style function.

Papillon offers panoramic mountain and lake views and is a sophisticated open plan space for a mingling cocktail style event. The dining table can extend to 10 for a more formal meal and hire furniture can be brought in to cater for a larger reception dinner.

Situated next door to another one of our properties, Panoramic Queenscliff offering a great accommodation option for the bridal party and extended family to stay on location.

With its spectacular outlook across the lake towards the Remarkables and the Crown Range, Bel Lago offers a stunning setting for your wedding or event. The open plan layout can accommodate up to 16 seated with hired furniture.

All four of the bedrooms have king beds which can be reconfigured as two singles, making this home a great choice for bridal party accommodation.

Event Hire Terms & Conditions

Our homes are all located within residential areas, so any wedding or event must conclude by 10:00pm.

As per local council Resource Consent conditions quiet hours of 10:00pm – 7:00am are to be observed. All outdoor areas must be vacated between the hours of 10.00pm – 7.00am.

Because of the unique alpine locations, sound easily travels, and you need to be courteous to neighbours and surrounding local residents. We regret that bands and amplified music are not permitted.

Minimum 3 night stay year-round, and 4-7 nights during peak periods.

Maximum occupancy of 20-40 guests in total for an event must not be exceeded. (Property dependent, as specified above).

Any catering equipment or decorations must be removed from the property by check-out time.

Relax it’s Done is a member of the Queenstown Wedding Association and through this know an amazing network of local vendors, where we’d be happy to supply you with our personal recommendations.
