We can manage every aspect of your home:
- We promote our boutique portfolio of properties locally, nationally and internationally.
- We manage reservation enquiries and bookings
- We maintain regular contact with guests and do a personal meet & greet upon arrival at your holiday house
- We are on call to ensure guests and the home are well looked after during their residence
- We oversee bi-annual stock takes and spring cleans to ensure your property stays in optimum condition
Naturally in your absence we will do everything required to keep your home well maintained until you next return.
Private Residence
If you have made the decision to purchase a holiday home in Queenstown for use as a private residence, the Relax it's Done team can also provide a full Property Support Service to manage the house in your absence:
We will:
- Complete regular checks to ensure your home is safe and secure
- Prepare the house for your arrival, so ensure the heating is on in winter and the beds are freshly made
- Clean and secure the house on your departure
- Make sure the utility supply is maintained and arrange payments as necessary
- Oversee garden and property maintenance
- Organise and supervise decorating, furniture and chattels orders and deliveries as required
- Be on site to meet contractors as and when required
- Manage any vehicles kept at the property such as upkeep on WOF/registration
- Be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
