Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Three light and spacious bedrooms all with luxury linen and magnificent views. The master king bedroom located on the top floor has a modern ensuite and separate SKY TV box. The two guest bedrooms share the second bathroom with separate shower and bath.  Both bathrooms have been recently renovated with stunning new tiles, have heated towel rails, hair dryers, luxury toiletries and underfloor heating.

Configuration: Master bedroom has a king bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed, the third guest bedroom has a king-split bed, which allows for flexibility and can be configured as one king or two single beds.

Living areas: High ceiling, open plan living and dining area with fantastic lake views and great indoor/outdoor flow onto balcony. There is also a private and sunny courtyard accessible from the lounge area. On a rainy day or relaxing evening at home, enjoy the selection of DVDs, board games and books in front of the large log fireplace.  This house also offers complimentary use of golf clubs and plenty of garage space to store ski gear and bicycles.

Kitchen and Dining: Fully fitted kitchen, complete with coffee machine, opens out onto living area. Dining area faces out onto living area and magnificent lake views.  This open plan style allows for maximum enjoyment when entertaining friends or family.

Bookings for 6 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay service clean.  One-off charge of NZ$150 for the use of the spa pool.

Minimum night stay of 3 nights applies most of the year (as per council regulation).
Minimum 4 night stay applies during peak ski season (July – August).
Minimum 4 night stay applies during Chinese New Year (29th January – 12th February).
Minimum 5 night stay applies for Christmas and NY period (20th December – 13th January).
