Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The master bedroom is on the main level of the house and has a king bed, lake views and ensuite with shower.  This bathroom is accessible from the hallway, and can also be used as a guest toilet.  Downstairs are the other two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry facilities and additional living room.  These two bedrooms have king split beds, which can be configured as two singles or one king, offering excellent flexibility for couples, friends or families.  The family bathroom has a bath tub and separate shower.  The bathrooms have toiletries, hair dryers, heated towel rails and underfloor heating.  All luxurious bed linens and towels are included with your stay.

Living areas: The main living level is generously sized and open plan with comfortable couches around the gas fire and an additional seating nook with TV with SKY channels including sport.  Bi-fold doors run the length of two sides of this room offering the best natural light, fresh air, alpine views and flow to the outdoors.  Located downstairs is a second lounge, providing extra space and privacy for families or friends to spread out with a TV, sofa bed (available for extra guests) and sliding doors to another outdoor area.

Kitchen and Dining: Fully equipped and well stocked modern kitchen with coffee machine, induction stove, dishwasher and island.  Enjoy dining with lake views – the table has seating for 8 – or sit at one of the convenient bar stools.

Outdoors: A fabulous wrap around balcony is accessible through bi-fold doors, and has a BBQ, outdoor table and chairs and bean bags.  Relax, unwind or entertain while admiring the 180 degree lake and mountain views.  Go outside from the downstairs level of the house and there is a patio with seating and a brand new luxurious spa pool, which is a real treat after a day on the slopes.

Rate Inclusions, Fees and Minimum Stays

All rates are inclusive of 15% GST, linen and exit clean, based on 6 person occupancy.
Additional guests are charged NZ$50 per person per night.
Bookings of 7 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay service clean.
*A one-off charge of NZ$150 applies for use of the spa pool. This is to have it professionally valeted, heated and ready for your arrival.

Minimum 3 night stay applies throughout the year (as per council regulation).
Minimum 4 night stay applies during peak ski season (July – August).
Minimum 4 night stay applies during Chinese New Year (18th January – 5th February).
Minimum 5 night stay applies for Christmas and NY period (20th December – 13th January).
