Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The master king bedroom has a TV, private ensuite with shower bath and walk in wardrobe. The second and third bedrooms both have lake views and balcony access and share a family bathroom with shower. All bedrooms and bathrooms have luxury linen and toiletries. The fourth bedroom is accessed separately from the main house, offering peace and privacy, with a TV and private ensuite with shower bath. An additional bath is located in the laundry room.
Configuration: The master and second bedroom both have king beds. The third and fourth bedrooms have king split beds, which can be configured as 1 x king or 2 x singles per room and gives excellent flexibility for groups of friends, families or couples traveling together. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs below main living area with private entrance and external access.
Living areas: Spacious and comfortable open plan living with a cosy fireplace. Enjoy board games, books and the large TV with SKY, DVD player and surround sound. The second lounge has a sofa bed and TV. Both living areas have sliding glass doors providing excellent natural light and indoor-outdoor flow.
Kitchen and Dining: The large, well equipped kitchen, including coffee machine has bar seating and opens into the living and dining areas and large balcony. Enjoy dining either indoors or out, both with stunning views.

A ninth guest can be accommodated for at an additional cost of NZ$50.00 per night.
The charge for use of the spa pool is NZ$150.00. Bookings for 6 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay service clean.
Minimum night stay of 3 nights applies most of the year (as per council regulation).
Minimum 4 night stay applies during ski season.
Minimum 5 night stay applies for Christmas and NYE period (15th December – 8th January).
