Location: Views on Edinburgh has a fantastic location on Queenstown Hill, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet just a quick three-minute drive away.  This peaceful address provides a sense of luxury and relaxation.  Guests are also just an eight-minute drive from the International Airport and for winter guests, Coronet Peak ski field is an easy 23-minute drive away.

Style: This newly built home exudes style and luxury.  If you can take your eyes away from the views, you will quickly appreciate the carefully selected pieces of furniture and the fabulous light-filled rooms.  The main living area has a convenient open plan concept, and there are many additional rooms and spaces for guests to spread out.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The master bedroom is on the main level of the home; it includes a private balcony, Smart TV, large walk-in-wardrobe and a luxurious ensuite with separate shower and a bath with mountain views.  Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are downstairs and all boast stunning lake views as well.  Bedroom 2 has a Smart TV, ensuite and a shared balcony with Bedroom 3.  Bedroom 4 has a walk-through-wardrobe and ensuite with shower.  Bathroom 3 is opposite the hallway from the bedroom and there is also a guest toilet on the main living level.  The bathrooms have heated towel rails, hair dryers, luxury toiletries and underfloor heating.

Configuration: The master has a super king bed, Bedroom 2 has a king bed, Bedroom 3 has two king single beds, and Bedroom 4 has a king split bed, meaning it has the option to split into twin beds if required.  This offers nice flexibility for different group dynamics.  Please advise your preference when booking.

Living areas: The main living is a light and bright room with high ceilings and multiple seating areas to relax and admire the never-ending views.  Extra-large floor to ceiling windows line the whole top level of the home.  There is a separate media room with a cosy lounge suite and an elegant gas fireplace.  There is even a children’s nook on the lower level with a desk and books, and a ping pong table in the garage.  This Queenstown Hill holiday home certainly provides space for everyone!

Kitchen and Dining: A fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooktop and the all-important coffee machine.  There is bar stool seating and a dining table that seats 8 with an incredible outlook.  Sliding glass doors surround two sides of the dining area, which provides lovely fresh air and a nice flow to the outdoor areas.

The Great Outdoors: Step outside from the main living area to a spacious entertainers’ deck with a BBQ, dining table and spa pool.  Three of the bedrooms open to balconies, again designed to make the most of the home’s amazing setting.

"We had an absolutely fabulous 4 nights. The house is amazing! The facilities were excellent, and the bedrooms spacious. We utilised the kitchen which was well stocked. The house was very clean. You will never get sick of the view, we loved staring out the window. The location is at the top of the hill so some residents may find it a hard walk to and from the shops. We would thoroughly recommend."

Rate Inclusions, Fees and Minimum Stays

Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, premium linen and for a maximum of six guests.
A departure clean fee of NZ$295 applies.
*A one-off charge of NZ$150 applies for use of the spa pool. This is to have it professionally valeted, heated and ready for your arrival.
Bookings of 7 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay service clean.

Minimum night stay of 3 nights applies most of the year (as per council regulation).
Minimum 4 night stay applies during peak ski season.
Minimum 5 night stay applies for Christmas and NY period.
