Delight in long summer days or the natural heat during the winter; all day sunshine is rare for the Queenstown hills and mountains!

Kelvin Heights: The picturesque 18-hole Queenstown Golf Club is nearby at the end of the peninsula. Also in Kelvin Heights are multiple children’s playgrounds, walking trails, picnic spots and beaches.  Take a short stroll along the lakefront just in front of the house to the Hilton Hotel with multiple restaurant options and their popular “Pinot Pit” for a local wine.  Enjoy the fantastic and residential setting of this home, while still being only a short drive away from many attractions and conveniences.  The International Queenstown Airport is seven minutes away, Frankton shops and restaurants are seven minutes away and central Queenstown is 15 minutes away.  Or for a more unique and scenic option catch a water taxi into central Queenstown.  Winter guests will love the close proximity to the Remarkables Ski Field access road just five minutes away.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The master bedroom has a beautiful feature schist wall, sliding doors to the deck area, skylights to watch the stars from bed and a private en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom two features lovely lake views and bedroom three features mountain views.  All bedrooms have TVs – two with Freeview channels and the master receives the SKY channels from the lounge.  There is a second bathroom with shower for bedrooms two and three to share. Both bathrooms have rain shower heads, underfloor heating, hair dryers, toiletries and all towels provided.

Configuration: The master bedroom has a king bed, bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has a double bed. The sofa bed in the media room can sleep additional guests on request.

Living areas: The main living area is open plan and spacious with high ceilings. Extra-large couches, a cosy gas fireplace, TV, board games and books provide a truly comfortable area to relax or entertain with family or friends.  There is an additional media room located on the mezzanine level of the house with a sofa bed (available for extra guests), TV with Play Station/DVD player and impressive lake views.

Kitchen and Dining: The open plan kitchen is well-equipped with coffee machine, nutri bullet, dishwasher and pantry basics.  The kitchen opens out to the sheltered deck on one side and extends to the dining area and front balcony on the other.  Enjoy dining with a view both indoors and out.  Extra-large windows and sliding doors maximise the natural light, fantastic views and create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Outdoors: Make the most of this fantastic setting in the multiple spaces for entertaining and relaxing.  The sun-drenched front balcony has a dining table and chairs – perfect for watching the boats go by, dining with a view and admiring the sunset.  The side deck features a hot tub with lake views, BBQ and fire pit table and bar stools.  Explore the beautiful lakefront trail right in front of the villa with the two complimentary mountain bikes available for guest use.

(20th April – 14th June; 16th September – 14th December)

All rates are inclusive of GST, linen and exit clean, based on 6 people occupancy. Additional guests are charged at NZ$50 per person per night. One-off charge of NZ$150 for the use of the spa pool. Bookings for 6 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay service clean.

Minimum 3 night stay applies throughout the year (as per council regulation).
Minimum 4 night stay applies during ski season (July – August).
Minimum 5 night stay applies for Christmas and NYE period (15th December – 8th January).
