Location: Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac providing a safe and peaceful, yet central base in Queenstown. Restaurants, cafes, shops, and bars are just a four-minute walk away. Tahuna Lakeside uniquely has dual access to both Brisbane Street and Park Street at the front, which is an incredible lakefront address. The beautiful Queenstown Gardens are one block away, which has tennis courts, frisbee golf, walking trails, a rose garden, an ice skating rink, lawn bowls and a fantastic playground. The popular Frankton Track starts at the end of Park Street, which is a gorgeous lakefront trail to go for a stroll, run or bike ride. Tahuna Lakeside is a convenient 10-minute drive from the International Airport and for winter guests, Coronet Peak ski field is an easy 23-minute drive away.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Tahuna Lakeside has five king bedrooms; perfect for families travelling together with ample space for guests to spread out. On the main living level are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the lower level of the home are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Please note that the lower level of the home is accessed via the outdoor stairs and does not have internal access. Bedrooms 4 and 5 downstairs have a partial lake view. The master ensuite has a shower, Bathroom 2 upstairs has a separate shower and bath, Bathroom 3 downstairs has a shower. The bathrooms have heated towel rails, hair dryers and toiletries. All premium bed linens and towels provided.
Configuration: Four of the bedrooms have a king split bed, meaning each has the option to split into twin beds if required. This offers excellent flexibility for different group dynamics. Please advise your preference when booking. The fifth bedroom downstairs has a king bed.
Living areas: The living room flows through from the dining area and can be closed off via sliding doors. This is an incredibly spacious room where the views overlooking Lake Wakatipu will instantly lure guests towards the picture windows. If you can take your eyes away from the views, there is a 55” Smart TV and all new furnishings, ensuring guests a comfortable and enjoyable stay. For winter guests, there is a cosy fireplace providing a lovely après ski ambience and summer guests will enjoy the nice flow to the outdoor entertaining area. The downstairs unit (with external access) has a small living area, kitchenette and 32” Smart TV.
Kitchen and Dining: There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooktop and the all-important coffee machine. The kitchen opens up to the dining area that seats 8 and has the most fabulous views of The Remarkable mountain range. Step out from the dining area onto the front balcony for an incredible place to enjoy your morning coffee.
The Great Outdoors: The property has beautiful established gardens, providing children space to run around and explore. The entertaining area flows nicely from the kitchen and living rooms and has an outdoor dining table and chairs. This area is sunny and sheltered. With the lakefront on your fingertips, bring your SUP, kayak or boat and experience the best of Queenstown.

"Such a fab spot, location excellent. Lots of space and a great with the split levels if it works for your family. The house is very well equipped for young kids with toys, a kids table and tent. And in such close proximity to they playground. All the beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The house is lovely and warm and well presented. the views are simply spectacular. We loved our stay."
