Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Four bedrooms each with a private ensuite, so that all guests can enjoy the same convenience and luxury.  With floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors to make the most of the mountain views, the master bedroom has a private balcony and bedrooms 1 and 2 open out to a patio, also with stunning lake views.  The master and ensuite 2 have his and her sinks and a separate spa bath and shower.  There is an additional guest toilet on the main level of the villa.  All bathrooms have luxury toiletries, hair dryers, underfloor heating and heated towel rails.

Configuration: The master bedroom has 1 x king bed. The other three bedrooms each have king split beds, which can be configured as 1 x king or 2 x single beds per room, which gives excellent flexibility for groups of friends, families or couples traveling together.  1 additional guest can be accommodated in the separate media room, most suitable for children.

Living Areas: Spacious open plan main living level; sophisticated spaces and with the best technology.  Enjoy the ambience of the gas fire, TV with SKY and Netflix and Sonos surround sound (connect from your personal Smart phone or use the tablet provided).  There is an impressive media room with a HD projector and screen for cinema-like movie watching; perfect for a rainy day or for a kids’ hideaway.

Kitchen and Dining: The kitchen is truly a chef’s dream, recently refitted with top quality cabinetry, countertops, appliances, wine fridge, coffee machine and bar stool seating. Dine with a view either indoors or outdoors; both tables have seating for 8.

Travelling with a larger group? Papillon is conveniently located next door to Queenscliff.  The two homes together can accommodate 16 – 18 guests.

"My partner booked this place for a surprise weekend away. It’s was absolutely breathtaking. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. The hot tub is perfect for the sunset and a few champagnes. The living space is gorgeous and very well designed. It was just the two of us but it would be perfect for a group."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this house. Amenities are high end and the kitchen was very well equipped. The views were breathtaking and the house is very well heated. The other great thing is the lift that you can pop your luggage in and the house is accessible directly from the garage so no getting cold or wet plus there's great storage for ski gear and a drying cupboard. We didn't use the media room but it looked great and we would have used it if there were more of us staying at the house. The washing machine and dryer were good quality too. I loved the amenities supplied (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and the lovely touches - bottle of wine and some milk. It was very easy to communicate with Relax It's Done and they were always so quick to respond. The guest book was also very detailed which we appreciated and it made it very easy for us to settle in and plan our time there. It's also a quick ~10 min walk into town downhill and approx a $10 cab ride back up the hill. Queenstown Hill is my choice of destination due to the lake views and I much prefer staying here over being right in town. We also really appreciated the late check out as we had a late afternoon flight. We will definitely be back at Papillon Luxury Villas as soon as we can."

Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, linen, exit clean and for a maximum of 8 guests.
1 extra guest can be accommodated for upon prior request at $50 p/n.
Bookings of 7 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay service clean.
*A one-off charge of NZ$150 applies for use of the spa pool. This is to have it professionally valeted, heated and ready for your arrival.

Minimum 3 night stay applies throughout the year (as per council regulation).
Minimum 4 night stay applies during peak ski season (July – August).
Minimum 4 night stay applies during Chinese New Year (18th January – 5th February).
Minimum 5 night stay applies for Christmas and NYE period (20th December – 13th January).
