Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Three bedrooms each with private en suite and separate guest toilet on ground level. Master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe, TV with SKY and en suite with spa bath and separate shower. This spacious room certainly has the “wow factor” with floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony with views that are simply spectacular. The second bedroom’s en suite features a bath and shower and third en suite bathroom has a shower.

Configuration: The master bedroom has 1 x king bed. The second and third bedrooms both have king split beds allowing for flexibility, as they can be made up as single beds or one king bed.

Living areas: Spacious open plan lounge and living area with sliding floor to ceiling doors, which allows for maximum enjoyment of the views and access onto the balcony for outdoor dining. Warm and cosy gas fire, SKY TV and DVD player, wireless internet and local phone calls for free.

All rates are inclusive of GST, linen, exit clean and for a maximum of six guests.
Bookings for 6 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay service clean.

Minimum night stay of 3 nights applies most of the year (as per council regulation).
Minimum 4 night stay applies during ski season.
Minimum 5 night stay applies for Christmas and NYE period (15th December – 8th January).
