Bedrooms and Bathrooms:  Two spacious king bedrooms are on the upper level of the home.  The master bedroom has a private ensuite with his and her sinks, separate shower and bath with lake views and large walk-in wardrobe; a fabulous place to relax and unwind.  The second bedroom has fantastic views looking towards the other side of the lake with Cecil Peak, Bayonet Peak and the Remarkables.   This ensuite has a shower.  Bedroom 3 and 4 are on a level below the main living and share a family bathroom with his and her sinks, separate shower and bath with lake views.  Each bedroom has beautiful lake views, so no one misses out.  The bedrooms and bathrooms have luxury linens, toiletries, hair dryers, heated towel rails and underfloor heating.

Configuration: Two king bedrooms have private en suites.  Bedroom 3 has a king split bed, meaning it can be set up as twins or a king and Bedroom 4 has a queen bed.

Living Areas: Spacious and stylish open plan living with an extra-large crystal gas fireplace.  Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors line the front of the house on the main living level providing amazing views and natural light.  Extra-tall in height, they can all be slid open to create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.  The second lounge is perfect for families and groups to spread out.  Located on the lower level of the house providing space and privacy is an entertainers’ dream with TV, gas fireplace, wine fridge, built in seating, two luxurious recliners and sliding doors to another outdoor area.

Kitchen and Dining: Fully-equipped modern kitchen with double oven, induction stove, convection microwave, large dishwasher, coffee machine and open plan design.  Enjoy dining with lake views – the table has seating for 8 – or sit at one of the convenient bar stools.

Outdoors:  Make the most of this incredible location outside on the main deck with comfortable seating watching the boats zip by.  Additionally, there is a dedicated entertaining level with outdoor spa pool, fire pit and BBQ.  The gardens are beautifully landscaped and guests will love the private path down to the lakefront.

Rates are inclusive of GST, linen, exit clean and for a maximum of eight guests.
Bookings for 6 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay service clean. One-off charge of NZ$150 for the use of the spa pool.

Minimum night stay of 3 nights applies most of the year (as per council regulation).
Minimum 4 night stay applies during peak ski season (July – August).
Minimum 4 night stay applies during Chinese New Year (29th January – 12th February).
Minimum 5 night stay applies for Christmas and NY period (20th December – 13th January).
