Location: This prestigious Park Street address is highly sought after, providing the perfect combination of privacy, spectacular scenery and close proximity to town.  The house is positioned so close to the lake that you can hear the waves lapping and watch the boats zipping past.  Guests love being only a 15-minute flat stroll away from central Queenstown.  At the bottom of the private driveway the popular Frankton Walkway track begins – fantastic for running, biking or walking.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The five bedrooms all have floor to ceiling windows to maximise the natural light or views, built-in or walk-in wardrobes, and luxury linens.  One separate guest toilet and five private ensuite bathrooms ensure privacy, convenience and luxury.  All bathrooms have toiletries, hair dryers, rain shower heads, underfloor heating and heated towel rails.

Configuration: Master bedroom on the main level of the house:  King bed, TV with Freeview, 2 built-in wardrobes, ensuite with separate shower and bath, views looking South toward the lake and mountains.

Bedroom 1 on the ground level:  King split bed (can be 2x singles or 1x king), walk-in wardrobe, ensuite with shower, amazing views of the lake and mountains.

Living Areas: Centered around an extra-large feature window, when you are sitting on the couches you feel like you’re on the water.  A grand gas fireplace sits between the living, dining and kitchen, so that the warmth and ambience can be enjoyed from all areas. Natural light pours into the main level of the house, with incredibly high ceilings, windows and sliding doors also providing excellent indoor-outdoor flow.  Bright open plan flow from the living area, dining and kitchen.  There is a separate media room at the top of the house with a 65-inch curved Smart TV with SKY channels including movies and sports.

Kitchen and Dining: Fully-equipped large kitchen with stunning quartz benchtop, induction hobs, brand new appliances, complete with a coffee machine.

The Great Outdoors: Four separate outdoor areas to take in the different views and amenities.  Indulge in your own private spa pool or have an après ski with friends around the outdoor gas fire, sheltered from the wind at the back of the property.  Dine late into the evening on the sunny lake facing deck; the table has seating for 10 and the sun doesn’t set until 10pm in the height of summer.  The main deck of the house is accessed from the kitchen and the living and has a true “wow” factor for showcasing the alpine setting.

Rates are inclusive of GST, linen, exit clean and for a maximum of ten guests. Basic daily servicing provided with a mid-stay clean including linen change for bookings of 6 nights or more.

One-off charge of NZ$200 for the use of the spa pool.

Minimum 3 night stay applies throughout the year (as per council regulation).
Minimum 4 night stay applies during peak ski season (July – August).
Minimum 4 night stay applies during Chinese New Year (29th January – 12th February).
Minimum 7 night stay applies for Christmas and NY period (20th December – 13th January).
