Bedrooms and Bathrooms: All three bedrooms have built in wardrobes, TVs with SKY channels, luxury linen and have access to a balcony or patio. The master bedroom with king bed has a large ensuite with spa bath and separate shower. The queen bedroom and twin bedroom share a family bathroom with shower. All bathrooms have toiletries, hair dryers, underfloor heating and heated towel rails. There is also a separate guest toilet on the main living level.
Configuration: Master bedroom with king bed, 1 x queen bed, 1 x twin room with single beds.
Living areas: Open plan living and dining area with great indoor/outdoor flow onto a spacious balcony. There is also a private and sunny courtyard at the back. On a rainy day or a relaxing evening at home, a large DVD library or alternatively board games and books are all available for your entertainment.
Kitchen and Dining: Fully-equipped kitchen including a coffee machine, dishwasher and breakfast bar seating. The kitchen opens onto the dining area, which flows to the outside area and balcony with outdoor seating and BBQ – the perfect place to enjoy the stunning views with family and friends.

"Complete luxury with stunning panoramic views We absolutely loved this house. The photos don't capture how special it really is. Beautifully furnished with all the luxuries you need in Queenstown (gas fire, underfloor heating, heated towel rails, extra comfy beds), plus all the little things that make a holiday easier (hair dryer, coffee machine with pods, wine and chocolate on arrival). Beautiful location with majestic panoramic views across the lake and down to town. The managing team were on hand to answer all our questions and even come to the house to help us get settled in. Yes, it's a steep hill down to town which most people would avoid walking, but the house has an internal garage on a quiet street and only 1 minute drive/taxi from town, so don't let the location deter you. The location is the reason this house has beautiful panoramic views that aren't possible from any waterfront house in town. Highly recommended this place!!"

"Beautiful large home on top of the hill, with amazing views of Queenstown town centre and the bay. We spent New Years there and had a BBQ on the balcony and watched the fireworks at midnight. Couldn’t have had a better view! House has everything you could need and is well set up so you can be self-sufficient, cook at home, etc. Master bedroom is amazing and the bathroom is enormous! Very luxurious. Lots of little touches - like board games, DVD library and bathroom toiletries - made us very welcome and at home. Thanks for a great stay!!"
