Diana McIlwrick – Director

Diana moved to Queenstown in 2003 to base her and her husband’s Destination Management Company – Dinamics in the most stunning part of New Zealand. With an entrepreneurial background, Diana has over 20 years experience in providing event management solutions for some of New Zealand and Australia’s top companies. Diana immediately recognised the need for a similar service in Queenstown for private clients and Relax it’s Done was born.

Diana’s expertise has enabled Relax it’s Done to sucessfully fulfill a wide range of clients’ needs: from managing exclusive weddings and birthday parties to the boutique portfolio of homes avaliable to rent in the Queenstown Basin. Diana has the drive, vision and attention to detail that has grown the business to be the most dedicated professional service of its type in Queenstown.

Alastair McIlwrick – Director

Alastair keeps his eyes on the numbers. He has a financial background gained working at senior management level both in Wellington and offshore. Alastair has a passion for tourism and has worked in the industry since the 1970’s initially as part of the development and management team at Turoa Ski Fields.

Margaret Naeny – Property Manager

Margaret joined the team in 2010 with a strong background in hospitality. Originally from the USA, Margaret loves everything about Queenstown and enjoys sharing “the hidden gems” with guests; she prides herself in ensuring all guests have a wonderful and comfortable stay in Queenstown. Margaret manages the marketing and enthusiastically promotes the homes for short-term holiday rentals.

Abi Jones – Property Manager

Abi was born in the UK and grew up in Malta.  After 10 years of living in Queenstown, Abi provides a wealth of knowledge within the tourism industry here and abroad.  Abi’s experience includes customer service at Coronet Peak ski field, managing a luxury lodge in Fiordland National Park and more.  The maintenance and care of your property is in capable hands and Abi is also responsible for delivering a high level of service to our in-house guests.
