In particular, I have dealt with Carmel Mills throughout the entire booking process. Carmel is…….in a word………extraordinary. The level of service Carmel has provided has been beyond compare. I have asked many questions (probably too many) over the last few months and I received very prompt and helpful replies. Also Carmel would contact me from time to time and keep my family informed about payments, weather, snow conditions, ski fields, grocery shopping, ski hire and any number of matters. I know that I may seem like I am going over the top and using too many adjectives, but in this instance the praise is warranted and deserved. You are lucky to have such a wonderful Manager working for you.
