Diana McIlwrick - Director
Diana moved to Queenstown in 2003 to base her and her husband's Destination Management Company - Dinamics in the most stunning part of New Zealand. With an entrepreneurial background, Diana has over 20 years experience in providing event management solutions for some of New Zealand and Australia's top companies. Diana immediately recognised the need for a similar service in Queenstown for private clients and Relax it's Done was born.
Diana's expertise has enabled Relax it's Done to sucessfully fulfill a wide range of clients' needs: from managing exclusive weddings and birthday parties to the boutique portfolio of homes avaliable to rent in the Queenstown Basin. Diana has the drive, vision and attention to detail that has gorged the business to be the most dedicated professional service of its type in Queenstown.
Alastair McIlwrick - Director
Alastair keeps his eyes on the numbers. He has a financial background gained working at senior management level both in Wellington and offshore. Alastair holds a passion for tourism and has worked in the industry since the 1970's initially as part of the development and management team at Turoa Ski Fields.
Lyndsey Clements - Holiday Homes Manager
Lyndsey joins the team with a background in Real Estate Administration and an Honours Degree in Marketing. Originally from the UK, Lyndsey came to New Zealand to travel in 2007and decided to make Queenstown her home. As Manager of our luxury holiday homes, Lyndsey is responsible for the marketing and management of our portfolio, and is dedicated to delivering a high standard of service to homeowners and guests who visit this stunning part of the country.
Margaret Naeny - Assistant Holiday Homes Manager
Margaret joins us from a retail background with strong customer service skills. A real "people person", Margaret prides herself on making our guests comfortable and happy during their stay in our homes - while maintaining the houses to the high standard we pride ourselves on. Margaret is originally from the USA, and was drawn to the beauty of Queenstown. She now calls New Zealand her home.
Stephanie Lacey - Assistant Property Co ordinator
Stephanie joined us in October 2012 and brings with her a wide range of customer service skills having worked for a local rental car company for a number of years. Stephanie has lived in Queenstown since 2003 and has a solid knowledge of the Queenstown and surrounding areas, having lived here with her family and making a home here. Stephanie is in charge of making sure our homes are in immaculate condition and assisting our guests with their stay.
